Turn on file sharing in QuickBooks Practice Manager
by Intuit• Updated 1 year ago
If you need to share files with a client, all you need to do is switch on the “Secure attachment” option when composing an email in QuickBooks Practice Manager.

- Go to Email.
- Compose a new email or open an existing one.
- Switch on Secure attachments.
- To request files, select Request files.
With this option switched on, all the files and attachments from the email will be stored in a Practice Manager.
Once your customer opens their email, they will need to input their personal passphrase to gain access to the documents.
They can select the Download your files to view and access the attachments.
