Access working capital with YouLend through QuickBooks

Learn how to get flexible funding for your business and only pay it back as you make sales.

QuickBooks has partnered with YouLend, a leading revenue-based finance provider in the UK, to give your business faster access to working capital.

What is YouLend?

YouLend offers an embedded finance solution for qualified businesses to access capital between £1,000 and £1,000,000. This is often called a Merchant Cash Advance—an unsecured funding method that requires a personal guarantee from the business owner.

Unlike traditional business loans with fixed interest rates, YouLend offers a flexible payment structure that adjusts to your business's cash flow:

• Fixed fee: YouLend charges a fixed fee for the funding.
• Automatic payment: Payment happens automatically as a pre-agreed fixed percentage of daily sales.
• Pay as you earn: Businesses only pay YouLend back as they are paid themselves. On days without sales, the business doesn't repay anything

How to apply

To start your application, you’ll need to provide basic company details and connect your bank account. This allows YouLend to calculate your average daily sales and determine your funding options.

1. Go to All apps, and select Capital (Take me there).
2. Select Check for Offers to open the application window.
3. Provide your basic company information and bank account details within the secure in-app window.
4. Complete and submit your application.

Note: While you apply within QuickBooks, YouLend owns and manages the application and approval process.

Fees and QuickBooks partnership

• YouLend fee: YouLend charges a single fixed fee for the funding. This is included in your automatic payments.
• QuickBooks fee: QuickBooks doesn't charge you for this service. You get the same rates you would find by going directly to YouLend. QuickBooks receives a commission from YouLend based on the payment fees.
