Why are my NatWest Cards Online Card transactions not downloading into QuickBooks?

You may have noticed that your NatWest Cards Online Card has not downloaded all of your card transactions, only your interest and payments between your NatWest accounts.

 

Our engineers have been investigating the issue and they have found that NatWest Cards Online have changed how they display your transactions: they now show them in PDF format, except for the ones within the bank.

 

QuickBooks is working as designed; the new format on NatWest Cards Online is stopping us from getting your transactions.

 

To get around this, you can import bank transactions from an Excel CSV file to QuickBooks Online.
