Understand Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement
by Intuit•1• Updated 1 month ago
If you don’t recognise an Intuit or QuickBooks charge, here's how to check where it came from and why.
Notes:
- This article is for customers using QuickBooks Online (Advanced, Plus, Essentials, or Simple Start) and QuickBooks Sole Trader.
- If you use online banking with QuickBooks, your bank might charge you a service fee for allowing the connection. This charge isn't from Intuit.
Prerequisites
To get started, you’ll need your credit card or bank account info, and the amount and date of the charge to look it up. If you don’t have them, sign in to your account and review your billing history.
