Update your legal business name and address

Learn how to update your business info in QuickBooks Online Payroll.

When it comes to payroll, you can't afford to get it wrong.

To update business info, you need to:

  1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Payroll settings.
  2. Select Details.
  3. Enter the legal name in the Legal name field.
  4. Select Enter Business Address Manually checkbox to update your business address.
  5. Select Save, then select Close.

Your business info and address are changed.
