Why you should group your tags in QuickBooks Online

You can use tags in two ways: to run reports and search transactions.
If you don’t group your tags, you can’t run tag-specific reports to get the best insights. With ungrouped tags, you can only search for individual transactions.
When you use groups, you can look at your business through targeted lenses. You’ll be able to run profit and loss and transaction list reports by tag groups.
