QBWin.log: Verify Memorised Transaction: Orphaned Target or Unable to read Primary Record

After checking the QBWin.log file, you see one of the following messages:

  • Verify Memorised Transaction: Orphaned Target = [XXXXX]

  • Unable to read Primary Record. Primary = [XXXXX]

To fix these errors:

  1. Run the Rebuild and Verify utilities.
  2. Recheck the QBWin.log file.
  3. If the error is still in the log file, contact the technical support for Canada to send your file to Intuit Data Services for data recovery. Note that fees may apply.
