
Compare hours scheduled to hours worked in QuickBooks Time

Learn how to run a report to compare the hours you scheduled for your team members with the hours they worked in QuickBooks Time.
Note: Only admins, managers, and team members granted the View timesheet reports for all team members permission can view this report.
Run the report
- In QuickBooks Time, go to Reports, select Schedule Reports, then Scheduled vs. Worked.
- Select the team members to be included in the report.
- Select a date range, and select Run Report.
- Next to View By, select Team Member or Job or Customer.
- Optional settings:
- For team member report:
- Hide team members with zero hours
- Hide archived team members.
- Select any column heading to sort by smallest to largest or A-Z.
- For team member report:
- (Optional) To download a spreadsheet of the report, select Download.csv.
- (Optional) To print a copy of the report, select Print

- In QuickBooks Time, go to Reports, select Schedule Reports, then Scheduled vs. Worked.
