How do I submit feedback?

Have a product suggestion? Do you want to provide feedback to make the program better? You've come to the right place!

Submit feedback for QuickBooks Online:

  1. Select Settings Settings gear icon., then Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.

Your valuable feedback goes to our Product Development team to help improve your experience in QuickBooks Online.

Submit feedback for QuickBooks Time 

Through the web dashboard

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Time, and select Help .
  2. Select Suggest Idea.
  3. Enter your idea, then select Send Idea.

Through QuickBooks Workforce

  1. In the Workforce app, select Setting or More, then Settings.
  2. Select Help & Support, then Suggest an idea.
  3. Enter your feedback, and select Send feedback.
