- To view your shifts, your account administrator must activate the QuickBooks Time Scheduling feature.
- Your account administrator determines which schedules you can view: your own, your crew, or the entire company.
View your schedule
- Log in to QuickBooks Time on the web dashboard.
- Go to Schedule to view the schedule.
- Open QuickBooks Workforce (formerly QuickBooks Time mobile app).
- You have a few view options:
- Today’s shift: Select Overview, and find the Schedule section.
- All assigned shifts: Select Schedule.
- Your group or the company shift schedule (depending on your view permissions): In Schedule, select Full Schedule.
Clock in, switch jobs or customers and clock out of shift while viewing your schedule on a mobile device
- In the Workforce app, select Overview and go to Schedule.
- Next to the shift, select Clock In .
- Note: You can only clock in to a shift from Overview. If you need to switch jobs or customers or clock out, go to Track Time, or select a new shift from Overview.
