Access tasks emails, files and notes in QuickBooks Practice Manager

Here's how you can access and find emails, files and notes that are linked to a task in QuickBooks Practice Manager.

  1. In Practice Manager, go to Work
  2. Select the task to open its details.
  3. All task-related emails, files and notes are nested in the corresponding tabs:
    • Emails - See all email correspondence between you and the client. 
    • Files - Every file has a name, upload date, and source, like task or client task. Use the icons to preview, download, rename or delete the file. 
    • Notes - Add or read internal notes about the task. Task notes are private, so they don't show up as client notes. Use the three-dot icon to pin or unpin the note, or edit or delete the note.
