Link an email with an existing client in QuickBooks Practice Manager

Not only can you create a new client from an email in Practice Manager, you can also connect an email to an existing client.
- Go to Email.
- Open the email in your emails list.
- Select the three-dot icon.
- Select Associate email with client.
- Choose the client the email is linked with.
- Select Add, or you can create a new client from the email if you need to.
- Use the search bar to look for the client(s).
Once you link the client to email, you can find the email in the client’s Emails tab.
