Link an email with an existing client in QuickBooks Practice Manager

Not only can you create a new client from an email in Practice Manager, you can also connect an email to an existing client.

  1. Go to Email
  2. Open the email in your emails list. 
  3. Select the three-dot icon. 
  4. Select Associate email with client.
  5. Choose the client the email is linked with. 
  6. Select Add, or you can create a new client from the email if you need to.
  7. Use the search bar to look for the client(s). 

Once you link the client to email, you can find the email in the client’s Emails tab.
