View client list in QuickBooks Practice Manager

This page will explain how to see a list of your clients in Practice Manager. You'll also see their details and tasks assigned to them.

  1. Go to Clients. You’ll see a list of all your clients. 
  2. Select the column header to sort the list by client, manager, or task status. Selecting the header a second time reverses the sort order–this is useful if you want to see the clients who have the most open tasks, or the ones who have recently opened new tasks.

If you select the client’s name, this will open their client details.

You also can use the search bar if you need to find a specific client or contact. All clients and contacts that contain the characters you enter will be listed, and you can select the one you want to see or edit their details.

You can apply filters and conditions to narrow the client list, or list archived clients.
