Create and print a delivery note

A delivery note is a document that contains item, quantity, and other important shipping information when shipping goods to your customers.

Print a delivery note in QuickBooks Online

Follow this link to complete the steps in product

1. Select the customer's name to display a list of their transactions.
2. From the Transaction List tab, select the checkbox next to each invoice or sales receipt for which you want to print a delivery note.
3. Select the Batch actions dropdown, then select Print delivery note.
4. The print preview screen will open so you can select printing options, preview, and print.

Note: QuickBooks will create one delivery note per invoice by default. It is not possible to edit or customise a delivery note.
