Update profile picture on QuickBooks Workforce (formerly QuickBooks Time mobile app)

Learn how to add, change, and remove your profile picture on QuickBooks Workforce (formerly QuickBooks Time mobile app). 

Add and change your profile picture

Note: Profile pictures added on your mobile device will also show in your company's QuickBooks Time account.

1. In the Workforce app, select your profile icon or profile picture.
2. Select or your profile picture again. 
3. Do one of the following:
   • Select Take photo, take the photo, and then Use Photo.
   • Select Select photo, and make your selection.

Remove your profile picture

1. In the Workforce app, select your profile picture.
2. Select your profile picture again.
3. Select Remove photo.
