Providing access to a Xero account during a Dataswitcher migration

Follow the steps below to give Dataswitcher access to your Xero company:

1. Under the top left of your home page select Settings under your organisation.
2. Choose Users under General.
3. Select Invite a user.
4. Fill in the details as follows and add xero@dataswitcher.com and ensure you give the user access to Business & Accounting in read only mode and send invite

You can remove access when the conversion issue is resolved and the conversion is successful.
