Unable to make changes to my Find-a-ProAdvisor profile

If you are unable to save changes, or if changes you have made to your ProAdvisor profile do not reflect on the Find-a-ProAdvisor website, the following troubleshooting steps may resolve your issue.

Before you begin troubleshooting, please be aware of the following:

  • It can take up to an hour for your changes to reflect on the Find-a-ProAdvisor website.
  • Changes made to your profile may not be reflected in search engines like Google and Bing for several weeks. We have no control over how often these third-party search results are updated.

If your profile is still not appearing, try the steps below:

  1. Clear the temporary Internet files/cache.
    Note: Intuit does not recommend deleting cookies from your browser- make sure that you only clear your cache or temporary internet files
  2. Try a different browser. QuickBooks Online Accountant and the Find-a-ProAdvisor website support:
    • Firefox v39 and later
    • Version v44 and later
  3. Switch to a Private or Incognito window. Use the links below for instructions:
