Set up your company info in QuickBooks Online Payroll

If you haven't set up payroll yet

Go to Employees or Payroll menu, under Let's get your business ready for payday, select on Let's go to Get set up for QuickBooks Online Payroll.

If you’ve already set up payroll

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Account & settings.
  2. Enter the legal name for your business.
    Use the name under which you registered your company with HMRC. The legal name is saved to the QuickBooks Online Company Settings.
  3. Enter the address for your company.
    Use the same address that you used when you registered with HMRC. The address is saved to the QuickBooks Online Company Settings.
  4. Save your changes.
