Submit pension reports in QuickBooks Online Standard Payroll

Reports are provided to you as a reference and for your records.

Only the workplace pension reports have to be submitted to your pension provider. To submit the reports, download the CVS file.
Remember not to open the CSV file, or the information might not submit properly. If you open it by accident, go back and download it again.

To submit the pension reports:

  1. View your payroll reports.
  2. Download the file to your computer and then submit it or submit it from your device.
    • For the pension reports, you can submit your NEST reports directly to NEST from their website.
    • For the other pension providers, for now, use the Pension Summary report to either fill in the pension provider’s files or enter the information directly on their websites.
