Add your company logo to invoices in QuickBook-Self Employed

Want to personalise your invoices?

In QuickBooks Self-Employed, you can add a company logo to invoices so your customers recognise your brand.


  1. From the left menu, select Invoices.
  2. Select Create Invoice or Edit an existing one.
  3. At the bottom, select Edit work info.
  4. Upload the file, then Save.


  1. From the main menu, select Settings.
  2. Select Your work info, then Edit your logo.
  3. Select Pick a file (alternatively, you can delete the existing logo).
  4. Upload the file and Save.

There are a few limitations at this time:

  • Only one logo at a time can be uploaded.
  • The logo placement at the upper left of the invoice cannot be changed.
  • Image files must be .jpeg or .png format.
