Direct Feed application deadline for pending connections

In compliance to the Open Banking regulations, we are updating our bank feeds. For more information, you can take a look at our Open Banking FAQ.

If you have started setting up a Direct Feed connection with Lloyds, NatWest or RBS, we recommend that you post so it can be received by the 28th June. The address you will need to post it to can be found at the top of the form.

If your feed is for HSBC, follow the on screen instructions to complete the online authorisation by the same date.

For submissions received after the 28th June, we cannot guarantee that your feed will be activated in time.

If you have set up your direct feed but it did not activate in time, or prefer to wait until your feed is available through open banking, you can disconnect it with the following steps:

  1. Go to Banking.
  2. Select the card for your direct feed account.
  3. Click on the pencil icon.
  4. Click Cancel direct feeds.

In the meantime, you can continue to use our Standard feeds, or upload your transactions using a CSV file.
