QuickBooks Connect London Cancelled

Every year at QuickBooks Connect London we get to meet and celebrate the small businesses and accounting professionals that help power prosperity around the UK. It’s the true highlight in our calendar, and we hear the same from our customers and partners who often travel from around the world to connect, learn and grow with over 1500 peers.

Given the rapidly changing situation with COVID-19 and the size and scale of the QuickBooks Connect London event, we are cancelling out of an abundance of caution. This was a difficult decision, but the health and safety of our employees, customers, partners and communities are our top priorities.

We are committed to the mission behind QuickBooks Connect, and will find ways to make available the stories, experiences, and insights soon.

We will be providing full ticket refunds and will share more details about our refund process soon.

Why have you cancelled?

The health and safety of our employees, customers, partners and communities is our top priority. Due to the rapidly changing situation with COVID-19, we have made a difficult decision to cancel QuickBooks Connect London this year.

Are you planning to reschedule this event?

We are not planning to reschedule the event, and we’ll update you soon with news of next year’s QuickBooks Connect London. In the meantime, we’re looking to bring some of the amazing content and experiences we’d built for you - watch this space!

I am already in London, what should I do?

Will I get a refund for my tickets? How will it be refunded to me?

Yes, registered attendees have been notified and we will be providing full ticket refunds automatically within 28 days.

What about my transportation and accommodation cost?

We understand that you may have also arranged travel and accommodation for the event and we would be more than happy to reimburse you for this. In order for us to do this, could you please provide us with your receipts, along with confirmation that your booking is non-refundable. Could you please email these directly to ukevents@intuit.com so that we can begin the refund process.
