Hi there, @john447.Have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting using a different browser or an incognito window? If you have done this and still see the error, please contact HMRC.
If you haven't tried any steps yet, please do the following:
- Disconnect and reconnect using another supported browser.
- Log in to your HMRC account to double-check that your Vat Registration Number is correct.
