What happens if someone forgets to clock out of QuickBooks Time?

Who can adjust clock-in and clock-out times:

  • Only team members granted them the permissions can adjust their own clock-in and clock-out times.
  • Managers can adjust clock-in and clock-out times for team members within their group or crew.
  • Account administrators can adjust any team member's clock-in and clock-out time.
