Remove clients from Wholesale Billing

To remove someone from wholesale billing, all you need to do is transfer billing to them. Here's how.

What happens when you cancel wholesale billing

Taking someone off of wholesale billing means they start paying for their own QuickBooks subscription. This means your client won’t get your wholesale discount any longer.

How to remove someone from wholesale billing 

  1. Go to Settings ⚙️ and under Your Company, select Your Account.
  2. Select any clients you want to remove. If any say Inactive, you need to make them active before you move on.
  3. From the Batch Actions drop-down ▼ menu, select Transfer billing to client.
  4. Select Continue.

The master admin user for your client's company will get an email. This lets them know about the change in billing.
