What's included in my QuickBooks Online Accountant wholesale invoice?

SOLVEDby QuickBooks2Updated January 29, 2024

Find out what’s included in your wholesale invoice.

In Quickbooks Online Accountant, you can now easily identify which clients were charged and their amount.

Each invoice may include:

  • Monthly charges for subscriptions that are active in your account, if applicable.
  • Prorated charges on clients added mid-billing period. When you added a client file to your wholesale account mid-billing period, you will be charged the prorated amount for the partial period on the next billing date of the month (BDOM) with next month's charge. For example: Your bill date is February 1 and you added a client to your wholesale account on January 15. Your charge is for the usage from January 16 to January 31 and February.
  • Prorated credits and charges for any clients who upgraded during the billing period. There will be a prorated credit for the unused part of the previous subscription and a prorated charge for the new subscription.
  • Prorated credits for any clients who migrates out from your wholesale account during the billing period. There will be a prorated credit for the unused part of the current billing period.

If your monthly activity results in a credit, you’ll get a credit note.
