Hi there, Perricone. The reason your payment is being rejected is that QuickBooks requires your Credit Card billing address to match the specific country of your subscription.

 

For example, if you are using a UK bank account but accidentally signed up for the US version of QuickBooks, the system will only look for a US zip code. I suggest checking your QuickBooks subscription country and your bank's billing address.
