Let's get this sorted out so you can add your business trips from last year, mindy-mindycoe-c.
Make sure that the date in your Mileage page is set to Custom Date so you can see the entries from last year. Just click the drop-down list for the date section and select Custom Date. Then, enter last year's date.
If the date is already correct, a possible browser issue might also be preventing you from saving them. I have some steps to recommend that can resolve common browser issues when working in QuickBooks.
You can start by using an incognito/private browsing session just in case the same issue appears. Use these keyboard shortcuts to initiate an incognito browsing session:
- Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
- Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox
- Control + Option +P if you're using Safari
- Ctrl + Shift + P for Microsoft Edge
You can also delete cache or use any of browsers that I've enumerated above. All of them works well with QuickBooks Online.
Once done, add another business trip to check if you're able to save it.
