The problem you're experiencing may be due to formatting discrepancies or overlapping filters. Since you've applied the filters correctly but the results are not as expected, I recommend logging out of your QuickBooks Online account and then logging back in.
Alternatively, you can try using a private browser or incognito mode. After that, use the search icon again and find the duplicate bills.
In the meantime, you can locate the duplicate bills by generating the Transaction Details by Supplier report.
Here’s how to do it:
- Navigate to the Reports tab.
- In the search bar, type Transaction Details by Supplier.
- Customize the report by filtering for Transaction Type (Bill) and entering the desired Date range.
- Click Apply.
