Hello there. You can manually refresh the bank feed and pull transactions, as your connection may have timed out.
If you're using the QuickBooks mobile app, tap Bank transactions > ellipsis icon (three dots aligned) > Update bank transactions. Yet, if you're in a web version, go to Transactions > Bank transactions, then click the Refresh button.
If the issue persists, I suggest contacting your financial institution directly to check for any notifications that require your attention.
In the meantime, download the missing credit card transactions from the 20th of February up to the present time from your bank. Once you have the file, log in to your QuickBooks account via the web browser and manually upload bank data into the program. This process helps maintain accurate records and allows you to link your receipts once uploaded.
Please refer to the For customers using Sole trader section of this article for a complete guide: Manually uploading Transactions into QuickBooks.
Once your account is updated, you might need to exclude duplicates. Check out this resource to learn more: Exclude bank transactions in QuickBooks Sole Trader.
