It's a no, rjcexectravel.

Owner withdrawals should not be recorded as green (credits) in QuickBooks. They are typically categorized as debits because they reduce the equity or cash in the business.

If they appear as green (credits), it likely indicates that the transactions were categorized incorrectly or posted to the wrong account. Please double-check the account type and how the transactions are entered.

However, if they were categorized correctly, I recommend contacting our Live Support Team. They can access your account in a secure environment and conduct a screensharing session to further investigate the issue.

To reach them, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Help menu at the top.
  2. Select Contact Us at the bottom.
  3. Enter your concern, then click Continue.
  4. Follow the onscreen instructions.

For more details in managing your transactions, check out this article: Categorise transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed. It includes information about the income and expense categories to ensure your transactions are classified correctly on your Schedule C.
