Bank log in

Hi I have tried to log into my bank through quick books and every time it says it can’t log in 

the username and password is correct as I com log in on online banking  but not QuickBooks 

this has been like this for the last 4 months so I can’t really use the service and I am

paying 7,99 a month for something I can’t completely use 

I hope you can resolve this problem as there is no helpline to phone for help

Bank log in

May I know which bank you're trying to log in to QuickBooks Online (QBO)? I'll be able to see if there are any related issues with your Financial Institution.

 

In the meantime, try signing into your QBO account using a private browser (incognito) and log in your bank there as an initial troubleshooting step. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, causing some unusual responses.

 

Here's how:

 

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox or Internet Explorer).
  • Control + Option + P (Safari).

 

If it works, return to your default browser and perform clear cache. Every so often the cache becomes overwhelmed with older data which can potentially cause viewing and performance issues. Clearing it will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with a clean slate. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.
