Bank transactions are not updated and can not be. The last one is 9 days ago. And it happens for the second time this month. How to solve it, please?

Bank transactions are not updated and can not be. The last one is 9 days ago. And it happens for the second time this month. How to solve it, please?

Hi there, Ite. The sync delay in QuickBooks Solopreneur occurs when the secure connection between your bank and QuickBooks needs a manual refresh or credential update. To resolve this, you’ll need to initiate a communication handshake between the two systems to retrieve the missing transactions from the last nine days and display them in your For Review tab.

To initiate the refresh, navigate to the Transactions menu and select Bank Transactions. Once there, click the Refresh button in the upper right-hand corner of the dashboard to pull the latest data.

You can also manually upload a statement downloaded from your bank to import your transactions. To do so, click the dropdown arrow beside the New transaction button and select Upload bank statement.
