Bundle products not working correctly

I have had 2 extremely frustrating conversations with support over Live Chat (turns out it was an AI Bot!!) and as well as over a phone call - so I am hoping the a human from Intuit reads this post and can escalate. There seems to be a bug with the 'Bundle' products & services: 1. "Display bundle items when printing or sending transactions" does not work as expected - despite having it unchecked it still always shows on invoices/estimates. I tried unchecking on an existing bundle and a new bundle - both don't work. 2. I created a new 'test' bundle with no items, which did seem to display "Your customer won’t see any of the items in this bundle" on invoices however when I add products to the bundle they do not show on the invoice despite clearing visible on the bundle when I view the 'edit bundle' UI. I am using the latest version of Chrome, although the issue persists when using Safari, and I have tried clearing browser cache. Pleeeaaasse can someone look into this. Thank you!

Bundle products not working correctly

Your persistence in seeking support is valued, @nic32. As a fellow QuickBooks user, I recognize your frustration, especially when managing sales items. Let me provide some relevant information about the product and services bundle feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO) that will help address your concerns.

In QBO, when you uncheck the Display bundle items when printing or sending transactions option, individual bundle components won't appear on customer invoices or estimates. However, while working in the Invoice or Estimate tab, you'll still see bundled items for your reference.

If you've unchecked the display bundle items option, we assure you that bundled items will be hidden from your customers' view when you finalize and send an invoice or estimate. The system confirms this with the message: Your customer won't see any items in this bundle.

Moreover, you can verify this by clicking the Print or Preview feature to see what your customers will receive. Refer to the screenshot below for reference:

If you have any questions about the QBO bundle feature, please don't hesitate to ask the Community space, @nic32. We're always here to help you out!
