Hello there, Chris. Please make sure you're using the old layout on your browser so that it matches what you're seeing on the mobile app.
To get your browser version back to the familiar style and ensure it matches your mobile app, you go to + Create > Invoice > Old Layout.
Once you’ve done this, your browser will revert to the previous design, which should sync the experience with your mobile app as well.
