Thanks for posting in the Community, Lulem84.

Yes, you can print the estimate in QuickBooks without showing the price. Just go to the Custom Form Style and uncheck the box beside Rate.

Here's how:

  1. Login to your QuickBooks.
  2. Click the Gear icon in the upper right corner.
  3. On the Your Company menu, select the Custom form styles.
  4. Select the Template from which you want to remove the price.
  5. Then click Content on the sample estimate in the middle part and click the pencil icon.
  6. On the left side, select 'Rate' and uncheck the box.
  7. Click Done.

After completing the task, you can go back to the estimate, then preview and print it.

I will also include this article about customizing invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online. You can learn how to personalize and add specific information to your sales forms.

For future reference, you can also check this article for guidance on running basic reports in QuickBooks.

If you have any other concerns about the printing estimate, please let me know. I'm always here to help. Take care!
