Can someone add me to the error issue with connecting my account to Barclays app please?

There’s currently an investigation when connecting to Barclays (INV-51171). If you receive errors 350 or 590, I suggest signing up to the list of affected users. This is to ensure you’ll receive email updates about the issue.

We always prioritize the safety of your account, so I recommend contacting our QBO Care Team. One of our specialists can add your name in a secure space.

Here’s how:


  1. Go to the Help icon at the top to select the Contact Us link.
  2. This will open another window where you can enter the issue/topic.
  3. Next, click on the Let’s talk button to view the support information.
  4. Choose Chat or Call us.

Alternatively, manually upload transactions using a CSV file. This is to ensure you’ll have the latest entries added into QBO. I’m adding a guide that outlines the complete instructions: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
