As much as I'd love to assist you with this, I am unable to do it here in the Community without asking for account details. I don't want them to be displayed here for security purposes.

 

Deleting or canceling QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription can be done by logging into your account. Once signed in, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon at the upper right to go to the Accounts and Settings.
  2. Pick the Billing & Subscription tab at the left pane, then select Cancel in the QuickBooks section.
  3. Follow the steps on the screen to complete the process.

I’ve tried but won’t work I’m using iPhone or iPad but still nothing

I appreciate you keeping us updated with the results of the steps provided by my colleague FritzF.

 

To be able to cancel your account via mobile app, here's what you'll need to do:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap iTunes & App Store
  3. Tap your Apple ID.
  4. Tap View Apple ID
  5. Enter your password.
  6. Select Manage.
  7. Tap QuickBooks Online
  8. Swipe Automatic Renewal off.

However, if you're still unable to cancel your account, I'd recommend accessing your account through a web browser using this link https://qbo.intuit.com. Once login, follow the steps provided by my colleague FritzF.
