Please could you assist with our Standard Bank Connection issue again. It seemed to be working yesterday morning and afternoon before, however we are now unable to connect again. We would like for you to ensure that this problem with Standard Bank is solved efficiently so to avoid this from happening so often. I have tried to liase with Standard Bank but they are insisting that Quickbooks needs to contact them directly. We are not happy that this is occurring regularly and would like the problem resolved asap.

Are you receiving any type of error message or code?
Please check my history on the error, there was a call logged it’s the exact same error two days again. Please look into the issue and revert with a response. You need to get in touch with Standard bank. I do not wish to spend another hour trying to explain the same problem I experienced two days ago. This is frustrating me.
