Currently, the option to opt out of the AI-powered banking feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is unavailable. This update was introduced to enhance accuracy and streamline routine tasks, such as matching and categorizing transactions. By utilizing AI, the system aims to reduce manual work and help users manage their financial data more efficiently.
That said, we recognize that every user’s preferences are unique, and your feedback is incredibly valuable to us. We encourage you to share your concerns directly with our product development team, so they can consider adding more flexibility or control over these features in future updates.
Here's how to submit them:
- In the upper right corner, click on the Gear icon.
- Select Feedback.
- Type in your suggestion and click Next.
