If you're referring to online banking entries, SumUp business accounts currently don’t support the use of transactions with QuickBooks, @izzy150206. However, you can request support for your bank and manually upload transactions in the meantime.
Here’s how to request support for your bank:
- Go to Transactions, then select Bank transactions.
- Select Link account.
- Search for SumUp. If it's not found, you’ll see the message: "Hmm, we can’t find [name of the bank you entered] in our list of supported providers."
- Enter your Account provider name and Account provider sign-in URL, then select Request.
In the meantime, you can manage your SumUp transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO) by logging into your SumUp account on their website, downloading the entries, and manually uploading them: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks.
