After checking, I found out that we can only integrate iZettle to QuickBooks Online. However, I can see that having the same option in QuickBooks Self-Employed will help users, like you, who have this payment solution. Feel free to submit feedback to our product development team to make them aware of it.
- Select the Assistant feature.
- Type and enter "feedback" into the chatbox.
- Follow the prompts to leave feedback.
In the meantime, you can manually enter your transactions. Or, connect your bank account that is also linked to iZettle to download your transactions. Here's an article for your reference: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
