why are you charging me extra because I made a monthly subscription of 8 lira and something, you already took 43 lira last month and this month you tried to take 38 from my account

Charge extra money

There are various reasons why a QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription is being charged extra. Let me share the detailed info below so we'll know what to do with it.

 

To further understand why the QBO subscription is being charged extra compared to its original price, we'll need to find the reason behind it. You can read the list below: 

 

  • The Payroll mid-billing cycle is turned on.
  • You upgraded to a higher subscription.
  • You have different companies, and you will be billed for each one.
  • There's a subscription you forgot to cancel. Please know that cancellations have to be manually performed by the primary admin user.
  • There's a second charge related to the pre-authorisation process for credit card payments.

Also, by reviewing your payment history, you can confirm if one of the reasons above applies to the extra charge. Here's how:

 

  1. In your QBO account, go to the Settings section and select Subscriptions and Billing.
  2. Review the info in every section.
  3. Select View payment history from the QBO tile to see billing history for the last six months.
