I opened a client account and was syncing them with their retail software. QB har recently worked directly with the Company and has made some major changes that will impact what I have already synced. I would like to remove the client account and start a new client account and move forward with the latest updates. How do I do this?
We have two options available that you can do to start over with a new client account.
Wipe the data from your client's QuickBooks Online file and start with new company data.
Cancel your client's account, and start a new subscription.
If your client's account is active within 90 days, you can follow the steps below to purge the company file. Note: This process will delete all the data that has been entered in their company. If they're using QuickBooks Online Simple Start, you'll have to cancel the subscription and start a new one.
