Contact me please

I'll help you with connecting your bank account to QuickBooks, @dorotaratledge.

 

If I may ask, may I know the name of your bank and the specific error message when trying to link it to QuickBooks Online (QBO)? This way, I can gather enough resources and check for open investigations on our end.

 

Before initiating a connection, make sure that your bank supports open banking. You can check out the available banks through this link: Understanding if you can connect your bank feeds to Open Banking. If your bank doesn't support an online banking connection, the system still allows you to upload your transactions manually.

 

If you want our live representative to contact you about this, you can set a scheduled callback through these steps:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Go to the Help menu.
  3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
  4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose to Call us.

 

Support is open M-F, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and S-S, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

 

Once your bank is connected and the transactions are downloaded to QuickBooks, you're now ready to match and categorise them. The transactions go into the designated accounts after reviewing them.
