Good morning
I am using QBO since March 1st 2019. I am now preparing my balance 2019. Therefore I added all transactions from January 1st till February 28th.
I understood that for the next VAT Return I have to adjust all VAT relevant transactions for January and February, is this correct?
I the excemption report some of the transactions are named "CTF Bug". What does this mean?
thanks for your help
Hello Kgar,
Welcome to the Community page,
Can you do some troubleshooting for us to see if that resolves your issue.
Could you please clear your cache and cookies, close the browser down. reload it log into Quickbooks and re run that report.
Hello
I am not sure if I done the correct thing, as I am german and did not understand 100 percent what you meant. I deleted all browser data and cookies, closed down Chrome opened it again, logged in intoQBO but same problem.
what else could it be?
thanks
Karin
Hi Karin,
Thanks for trying those steps, would it be possible for you to attach a screenshot capturing the error in your reply so we can see exactly where you are seeing this? 🧐
On the exception report, the 'Name' field usually relates to the customer/supplier name which is selected on the transaction.
Thanks
Hello,
not o my the problem with the bug persits but now I got transactions 01/2019 and 02/2019 marked as filed in my 08/20 Vat Return exception report although I only started using QB from 01/19. I manually added transactions from 01/19 and 02/19 but they shouldn't appear as filed. But the biggest problem is that QBO wont let me file my VAT Return.
I don't want to be fined because the QBO software caused the problems.
Please help
Thanks
Karin
