customers paying by credit card

Hello, i have a customer in new zealand trying to make a credit card payment to us in the UK. he said he has tried to make payment but a message keeps appearing 'try again or contact your seller' any help please? :)

Hello AlexMC1984, thanks for getting in touch about card payments. Is the customer using a payment link on a sent invoice? Do you have the PayPal app connected through QuickBooks? If so, can you try uninstalling and reinstalling the app in QuickBooks. 

 

If you want to test it yourself first, once you have done that, if you change the email on the invoice to yours and test if the link does the same thing. If it does not do the same thing, if you can resend the invoice to the customer and then if the customer advises they do get the same message, can you ask them to copy the link for payment as a hyper link and open in a private window on his browser. Then try and make payment.
