Customise Reports - P&L

Hi,

 

I am trying to customise a report, however, notice I can only customise the columns not rows? How do I customise the rows?

 

I am trying to customise the 'Profit and Loss by Month'. I would like to see All Income accounts by customer by month. Is this possible?

Hello Vruti, Have you looked at sales by customer detail for example you can group by month and add a customer column in that report or transaction by account detail you can group by month add in a customer column, and if you want income and expense accounts filter in the distribution accounts by that. The profit and loss reports do not let you add columns in but you can add a column for customer on the other reports such as the ones mentioned

Hello Vruti jivan, you can go to customise and select the filter option and then filter the distribution account type and customer to specific ones and that should then show as you would like it to.

This is helpful, however I would like to see the customer name in replace of the Chart of Account Field. Therefore Months as the columns and Customer as the rows. Any suggestions?

Hello Vruti , it is not possible in that report to have customers as rows only columns with it being the p and l the rows will be the accounts that would only be possible in the customer reports.
