Currently, the Custom Fields feature in QuickBooks Online is limited to three Print on form fields for transactions like invoices.
I understand that having the ability to further customize what appears on invoices could streamline your workflow, and we greatly value suggestions that enhance your experience. To share your feedback with our product team, here’s how you can do it:
- Go to the Help menu and select Send Feedback Online.
- Choose Product Suggestion, and a pop-up window will appear.
- Enter your feedback about the invoice display in the space provided.
- Click Send Feedback.
While waiting for potential updates, you may also explore third-party applications that integrate with QuickBooks Online and support more than three custom fields per invoice.
