Direct Debit Mandates is not displayed on the list menu

I use QBOnline and the help says that I should see an option for Direct Debit Mandates; it's not there and I'd like to report on customers with Mandates and those without.  Why is it now showing in lists?

Direct Debit Mandates is not displayed on the list menu

I understand the importance of generating reports to customers with mandates and those without in QuickBooks Online, Dizzy9565.

 

There's an ongoing investigation regarding the direct debit mandate not displaying under the Lists menu. Rest assured, our product engineers are implementing a solution. Consider contacting our Customer Care Support team to add you to the list of affected users and receive updates once available.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner.
  2. Select Search and tap Contact Us.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern (direct debit mandate) and tap Continue.
  4. Choose a way to connect with us. Either Start a chat or Get a callback.

 

In the meantime, you can use this link to access the mandates page: app.qbo.intuit.com/app/mandates.
